The First is the Tau Hammerhead with Railgun, I have it up there for pretty cheap (IMO for a built and painted tanks haha)

The Second one is a large lot of Dark Elves, a bunch of older miniatures to mix in and add some flavor to your army. Or if you are still running an Older Version of WFB.
